Awards and honorable mention in congresses
During the XIX Latin American Congress of Genetics (2024, Guadalajara, Mexico), our laboratory received the award for the best oral communication in the area of Plant and Animal Genetic Improvement.

During the LV Meeting of the Chilean Genetics Society (2022, Punta Arenas, Chile), our lab won a Honorable Mention Award with the oral presentation of the work of Dr. José Gallardo.

During the XVIII Latin American Congress of Genetic (2021, Valdivia, Chile), our lab won two best poster prize: 1) Mónica Díaz in plant genetics, 2) Débora Torrealba and Carolina Figueroa in genetics and selecting breeding.
